Order Cancellation Policy
You are permitted to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to it being shipped. After your order has been dispatched, kindly await delivery before starting the return procedure.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items in pristine condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
For purchases made between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, the return period is extended to 60 days.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@prismra.shop or call (302) 455-2894 to start a return or exchange.
- Once you receive authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original box.
- Utilize the return label included in your shipment. Returns are complimentary.
- We will process returns within 5 business days after we receive your returned package.
Conditions for Returns
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and come with proof of purchase. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Return Fees
Returns are at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (processed via Stripe) within 5 business days of receiving your returned items. Please note that Stripe processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Reach out to your credit card company, as processing times can differ.
- If the problem continues, please contact your bank.

Items on Sale
Both regular and sale items qualify for refunds and returns as long as they adhere to the conditions specified above.
Product Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for faulty or damaged items. To start an exchange, please contact us at support@prismra.shop. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
